1) Why is plastic hard to avoid?
Plastic materials is hard to avoid because you could find plastic bottles and bags in grocery stores.
2) What is Ekoplaza supermarket doing to make it easier for consumers to avoid plastic? They have made plastic free aisle.
3) What are some of the products that can be bought in Ekoplaza’s plastic-free aisle? Rice, beans, yoghurt, chocolate milk...
4) What does the supermarket use to package the products? Reusable and recycle containers made of glass, cardboard , metal and compostable plastic-looking biofilm metal.
5) What is A Plastic Planet? An environmental group.
6) What is the their mission? To lead the charge to advocate for at least one plastic free aisle in supermarkets around the globe.
7) What does Ekoplaza plan on doing before the end of the year? They plan to roll out the plastic free around its 74 stores.
8) How is Original Unverpackt making it easier for consumers to shop plastic-free? The non profit created a signature for the packaging to help consumer find eco friendly packaging.
9) What does the author believe needs to happen for plastic consumption to decrease substantially? I think that the author believes that it would be hard to destroy plastics, and it would end up polluting the air.
