- What are most Indian festivals associated with? The indian festival associated with religion
- What is another name for Diwali? The other name is Festival Of Light
- How long does the festival last? The festival last on Friday, October 20th
- When is the festival usually celebrated? It begins on Tuesday 17th
- How is Dhanteras celebrated? The Dhanteras celebrate by buying precious metal.
- How is the second day of the festival celebrated? The second day of the five-day festival is called Kali Chaudas or Narak Chaturdashi. Some Hindus refer to it as “Choti (small) Diwali” and use it as an excuse to start the celebrations early with feasts and fireworks
- What happens on the day of Diwali? They have to go to the temple, burn candles and leave them lying on the floor, lanterns, food and firecrackers.
- What year will some people bring in the day after Diwali? The people bring plates of scrumptious plates of sweets.
- Why is it so far ahead of the calendar used by the rest of the world? Because it is the 57-year gap between the Hindu and our conventional calendar is because it is calculated using the shorter lunar cycles.

3. When does the national donut day celebrate? There are 2 dates that national donut day is going to be celebrated, June 1 and November 5.
4. Why did they invent donuts? The tempting donut was made in 1917 to comfort homesick.
5. Which store hands donuts this years celebration? The donut store whos going to give free donuts would be krispy kreme, dunkin donuts and lamar's donuts.

1. Why is it hard to enjoy ice cream slowly? that the treat is hard to savor slowly, like one would a piece of candy, without ending up with a sticky, melted mess.
2. How is Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana hoping to solve the problem? Now, researchers from Colombia's Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana may have found an unlikely ally to help solve this age-old problem — cellulose fiber extracted from banana plant waste.
3. What is rachis? Bananas, as you probably know, grow in bunches on a tree-like perennial herb. Each cluster is attached to a central stalk.
4. What did the researchers do before adding the rachis to the ice cream mix? The tasteless, odorless macro fibers, thousands of times smaller than the width of a human hair, were then added in various concentrations to 100 grams of ice cream mix.
5. What effect did fibers have on the ice cream? Even more exciting was that the fibers increased the viscosity of low-fat ice cream to levels higher then its full-fat counterpart.

- What was significant about Kami Rita's May 16 Mount Everest climb? Kami Rita who scaled the peak of the treacherous mountain for the 22nd time on May 16, 2018 breaking the previous record of 21 successful ascents he shared with two fellow guides.
3. What does Ms. Lhakpa plan on climbing next? Ms. Lhakpa is already preparing to lead a team to scale the world's second tallest peak — Pakistan’s K2 — next year. The now US-resident says, "I keep going to encourage other Nepali women to climb.” We hope both climbers attain their goals!
4. How much does Mr. Rita earn for each climb? Mr. Rita, who earns $10,000 for each Everest expedition, has successfully scaled the mountain almost every year since the age of 24.
5. What does Mr. Rita do when he is not climbing Mount Everest? In his spare time, the Sherpa guide leads visitors to the area’s other high peaks, such as K-2, Cho-Oyu, Manaslu, and Lhotse.
