1. What are most Indian festivals associated with? The indian festival associated with religion

2. What is another name for Diwali?  The other name is Festival Of Light

3. How long does the festival last? The festival last on Friday, October 20th

4. When is the festival usually celebrated? It begins on Tuesday 17th

5. How is Dhanteras celebrated? The Dhanteras celebrate by buying precious metal.

6. How is the second day of the festival celebrated? The second day of the five-day festival is called Kali Chaudas or Narak Chaturdashi. Some Hindus refer to it as “Choti (small) Diwali” and use it as an excuse to start the celebrations early with feasts and fireworks

7. What happens on the day of Diwali? They have to go to the temple, burn candles and leave them lying on the floor, lanterns, food and firecrackers.

8. What year will some people bring in the day after Diwali? The people bring plates of scrumptious plates of sweets.
