Title: Activity 2: Equal Pay for Equal Work?

I strongly believe the amount of money paid to every individual player in silver ferns aren’t paid exactly fair. Even if they were playing the same sport the males would always get more raise than female.
Why would genders matter when getting paid, they are skillful, playing common sports and play for NZ. But unfortunately, silver ferns are still getting paid unfairly.
And this is called gender pay gap, getting paid differently.

Like I said in the beginning, I agree this is unfair.
