= I look at the tens place which is 9 I replace 2 as a 0 so it would be 5890 & 5900. Since 2 is lower than 5 I would be rounding down so the answer is 5890.

= I look at the tens place which is 6 I replace 7 as a 0 so it would be 3660 & 3670. Since 7 is higher than 5 I would be rounding up so the answer is 3670.
